Ciprian and Corina were born and raised in Romania. Since getting married in 2003, they have raised three wonderful daughters: Alissa, Ashlee, and Juliana.
Together, they have served churches and built ministry across Romania, the United States, and, since 2018, Ireland.
The Baltas are passionate about creating home-based communities where people feel welcomed, loved, and cared for.
